Hi! My name is Baylee Hayes. I grew up in Marshfield, MO for most of my life, and I just recently moved to Springfield, MO to work on starting my career. I originally planned to attend medical school, as I am a huge science nerd! Although, I have always worked in the food industry, so I quickly realized how important customer service was to me. I love the idea of helping people and just being able to better someone’s day. I started at USA Mortgage in May 2022 as a receptionist, and I love the role of being the first smile people see when they enter our office.
Outside of working I enjoy spending time with my friends, hiking, and traveling. The summer of 2021 I traveled to Tanzania, Africa to job shadow, and that was one of the best experiences of my life. My best friend in the entire world is my sweet dog Bear. He was a rescue dog, and he actually only has three legs. Don’t be fooled though, he is quick!
